Based in Traverse City, Michigan, Jazz Cabbage is the brainchild of songwriter Rob Coonrod, whose original songs are marked by thoughtful and witty lyrics, high energy, uplifting melodies, complex harmonies, and dazzling guitar work. Jazz Cabbage draws from a large repertoire of cover tunes and a deep pool of musical influences - from psychedelic to surf rock to soul, swing, honky-tonk, bossa nova, calypso, flamenco, jazz, and pop hits from the 30s through the 2000s.
